How COVID-19 has changed our business


Safety, visibility and distancing.
These words have now been given a whole new meaning than ever before, and in more ways than just the one we knew for Noktillu. Who would have know? 

Is our store open?
Yes, our online store is still open but because we care about our team we like them to be safe at home with their families.

Can I still purchase online?
Yes you can and we are grateful for every purchase you make for yourself, your friends and family. We appreciate your support. We like you to stay safe and be visible, even on your restricted and social distancing walk, run or ride. 

What about shipping?
As we all know our healthcare workers needs the most help and come first. This is the reason why shipping our product to you might take longer then usual since our product might not be considered as essential or a priority item and will take longer to full-fill. We will do our best to get it to you but we are not in control during these challenging times and appreciate your patience.
Our product is produced and handled with care and follows the post and parcel sanitation rules put into place by each country and province.  

Does COVID effect returns?
