We ship our reflective iron-on designs as soon as possible, but this might not always be on the same day as you place your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow us to process your order.
You should receive and email from us confirming your order. If you don't receive that email, please check you spam folder and see if you can find it there. This is important because you might not receive any further communication in regards to the shipping of your oder.
Noktillu does ship their reflective iron-on designs to most countries (Canada, The United States of America, Australia, The United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, ... ) with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty or taxes, handling fees, custom clearance charges, etc, required by our country for importing consumer goods. The cost can depend on the amount of reflective designs you purchase and the country you live in.
Our website is set up with shipping zones for where you want to ship your products, you can choose the methods you'll use to get your order and range of delivery speeds and costs at checkout.

Please be aware that once we have confirmed your order is despatched and on its way, liability for your package is passed over to the delivery company. From this point the delivery company is responsible for delivering your goods in a prompt and undamaged manner.
We hope you love what you ordered and are happy with the results of Noktillu reflective iron-on designs. If you are not happy and something is not the way you expected, we love to hear form you and see what we can do to help.
We will give you a refund within 30 days of your purchase depending on your feedback of or send you another reflective iron-on product in exchange. Returned items must be unworn and still in the original Noktillu packaging.
We cannot guarantee or cover any returns on damage that is caused by improper care, cleaning, non-standard usage, or natural and inevitable wear or aging.
